Payment for Búðakrikja rent and staff

Terms of payment
Búðakirkja reserves the right to cancel, or move bookings, e.g. due to unexpected activities in the church involving parishioners, the maintenance of the church or other uncontrollable circumstances.
All rentals at the church are according to a conversation between the supervisor and the buyer and take place on the day and at the time agreed.

If the agreed time frame is not respected, Búðakirkja reserves the right to charge extra for the presence of the churchwarden, both at the time agreed upon and the real-time that the use takes place due to delay.
When booking the church, a confirmation fee is paid, which is not refundable.
The final fee will be charged within 10 days of the estimated rental. Cancellations are refundable in full, with the exception of the confirmation fee, up to 5 days before the estimated rent, but half the fee is charged if canceled later.
The seller promises the buyer full confidentiality regarding all information he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case of any dispute, it shall be brought before the District Court of Vesturland Iceland.
